Delivery & Refund Policy

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, specifying the order number, the item purchased, the spoon color of your choice, and the delivery address.

Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox right away – it may take a couple of hours. Please make sure that you're typing the correct email address you used for your purchase and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.

Where do we deliver to?

At the moment, we only deliver to Ontario, Canada.

Standard Delivery Times 

Three to five Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that the above time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products. On the rare occasion, there might be delays, affecting these expected time frames.

If you wish to make a complaint about your product being delayed beyond the indicated time frame, please contact the postal company* in charge of delivering your parcel, to figure out why is it delayed.
