6 Benefits of Infused Water
Everybody at a certain point, including me, made “drink more water” a goal, a resolution, or a promise to ourselves. But realistically, how many of us really achieved it?
There is always an excuse for not drinking water and the one I hear the most is “plain water is sooo boring!” and I know it can get repetitive, especially for people that are used to drinking pop and commercialized drinks.
But guess what? I have the perfect non-boring solution with endless combinations for you to try: Infused water!
Infused water is perfect for people that just can’t drink water at all. It generally is a combination of fruits, raw vegetables, and fragrant herbs immersed in cold water. Being that said, infusion water offers all the health benefits of plain water plus some extra perks that I know you’ll like:

Hydration is the main health benefit of water/infused water. It not only improves your health and naturally flushes toxins out of your body, but it counters dehydration from coffee, alcohol, medications, and exercise. Infused water has no calories whatsoever, and the best part is that it is full of flavor!
