Mango Smoothie Bowl

The Mango Smoothie Bowl is a great option to enjoy during the spring and the summer, it is very refreshing and keeps you satisfied until lunch time.

Ingredients

¾ cup of Greek yogurt

½ Banana, sliced in little pieces

4 Strawberries, sliced in little pieces

5 Blackberries cut in half

2 Tbsp. of oats

1 Tsp. of chia seeds

Directions (Preparation time: 10 minutes)

1. Blend the ½ mango with the ¾ cup of Greek yogurt.

2. Pour it into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.

Enjoy!
